Do you suffer from Migraines? Tension Headaches? Neck Pain? This product is worth trying! I have frequent migraine and tension headaches. I have found that using an ice pack before bed is helpful for the pain, but, it is difficult to keep in place and it warms up quickly.
With the Frosty Pillow Gel Mat this is not a problem. The mat stays in place nicely for the most part, unless you are a restless sleeper, and it stays cool until after you have fallen asleep.
The mat is soft and squishy, quite comfortable and does not have any chemical odor. It comes with a protective fabric slip, like a pillow case. The case is not the softest material but it says that it is a storage case so I don't think you are meant to sleep on it.
